- I know how you feel. I hoard plastic bags. I was cleaning my apartment about a week ago and that was the first time I actually really saw the amount of bags I had. I just stuffed them in the pantry. I can't get rid of them. I might need them. :nono:#1; Mon, 17 Dec 2007 00:21:00 GMT

- Wow, I have OCD but I don't hoard and I love it! It makes me feel so good/relieved/energized to throw stuff out. In fact, I would say that I obsessively throw stuff out. I love to get rid of clothes, shoes, etc. If I haven't worn it for one season, it's gone. I throw out unopened bottles of lotions, cleaning stuff, stuff in my refrigerator that I think has been there too long. Just get a big garbage bag or one of those big plastic trash cans and start tossing stuff. I love to give to charity. Good Luck!#2; Mon, 17 Dec 2007 00:22:00 GMT

- Start small and clean up one small area. Make a journal of your successful clean area. You have to take small steps, and feel the anxiety of throwing a useless item away.#3; Mon, 17 Dec 2007 00:23:00 GMT
