Hi,

I read an article online that I thought other people on this board would be interested in. A woman who used a sperm donor decided to find her daughter's half-siblings using a sperm donor registry. She was able to locate 6 other children who had the same sperm donor father. Of the seven children, 2 have autism and 2 have asperbergers. All of the children have different mothers

To me, this seems to support a genetic link.

    • I really beleive there is a genetic link to autism.and also vaccines. I have 2 sons in the autism spectrum ages 13 and 10,they have had vaccines and then I have a 5 yr old with no disorders at all and he has had NO Vaccines at all!! coincidence or not I think there is something to it along with the genetic factor.
